Who it's for

Built for the people who do the work.

Roan is horse-first and every animal is welcome. Whether you're keeping one horse or running a whole place, there's a path here for you - find yours below.

Riders & horse owners

Every horse's story, kept straight.

English, western, trail, or show - Roan keeps vaccines, farrier cycles, training, and ride history on one clean profile per horse. Walk into the vet visit or the show office with every answer already in your pocket, instead of digging through the glovebox and old texts.

  • Health & vet records
  • Farrier cycle tracking
  • Trail GPS & ride history
  • A community that gets it

Ranches & farms

The whole string, the whole herd, one record.

Horses, cattle, sheep, goats, dogs - give each animal a profile and keep care, due dates, and history in one place that rides along in your pocket. Built for long days, big country, and the kind of operation that never really clocks out.

4-H project families

The record book behind the ribbon.

Feeding routines, weights, health entries, and progress notes for the project animal - kept together all season, so show day starts calm instead of scrambling. Roan account holders must be at least 16, and anyone under 18 uses Roan only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision - it's a tool for the whole family, run by the family.

Arenas, boarding barns & facilities

Start with today's tools. Grow into tomorrow's.

Trainers, instructors, and barn managers can use Roan's live individual animal and care tools right now. Shared staff access, facility rosters, and boarder workflows are planned for Enterprise early access and are not yet generally available - we'd rather tell you that plainly than sell you something unfinished.

Farriers

Be findable by the riders already on Roan.

Farriers on Roan can opt in to the in-app directory - a simple, owner-managed listing with your business name, the city and state you choose to share, your service area, and a short line about your services. You control the listing; riders find you where they already keep their horses' records.

Whoever you are in the barn, start free.

Open Roan in your browser, add your animals, and see how it fits the way you already work.
